Where we started

Nivi Artisan Ice Creams was born from a shared obsession. Both of our founders fell in love with frozen desserts long before Nivi existed, and that passion is the foundation of everything we craft today in Georgetown, Texas — just north of Austin.

We make our ice cream with the highest butterfat content legally allowed, built on a rich, high-butterfat dairy base. That is what gives every scoop its signature thick body and deep, full flavor — from Belgian chocolate and roasted pistachio to ripe mango and stone-ground matcha.

Beyond our signature artisan scoops, we serve premium soft serve, thick milkshakes and freshly made bubble waffles. Whether you are searching for the best ice cream in the Austin area or a sweet treat in Georgetown, we invite you to taste the difference real craft makes.

Amazing taste and a great variety of flavors. I had Mango and Triple Chocolate, my wife tried Ube and Rose Pistachio, and all of them were delicious and perfectly balanced. It was our baby’s birthday, and they gave her a free strawberry ice cream — such a sweet gesture. A must-visit spot. Highly recommend!
